Drinks to Avoid
First of all, remove all drinks that contain sugar. Energy drinks, soda, coffee blends, milk tea, sweetened chocolate, and other sweet drinks must go.
Drinks to Consume
Instead of sugary drinks, you can go for unsweetened coffee or tea. Be careful, though, not to drink them late in the afternoon or at night. You may not be able to sleep well.
Aside from water, you can also go for sparkling water and milk alternatives such as almond and coconut milk. Low carb beer is fine, but limit it to a bottle or two.
