Finding Nice Hockey Scoreboards

In the past, people assumed it was hard to get large equipment for showing scores for sports teams. As it turns out, much of it could be ordered out of catalogues, and now you can order hockey scoreboards on the internet. There is always the wooden boards where the plastic score cards are flipped by hand, but far more convenient are modern LED displays that can be updated with a tablet. These are great because they are visible in the dark and consume fairly little electricity.

They are not easily damaged or wear out either. LED lights are designed to last for far larger than standard light bulbs and do not overheat because of their low energy consumption. The scoreboard might have protectors, and if not, cases for these scoreboards are available if they are place anywhere near the line of fire. Depending on the board, it might even be able to play animations like a big screen television.
