This makes one more confident and happier and also people around are able to feel at ease and warmth. Keeping eye contact also shows that someone is peaceful and trustworthy.

This is whereby one sets goals and takes the necessary measures towards achieving them.it also involves breaking larger goals into smaller ones to make them more attainable. Another important way of building confidence is by reviewing past achievements, which helps one to remain positive and encouraged.
