Performance coach is someone who is skilled to train other people like employees, lawyers, doctors, teachers, actors, dancers, business leaders and musicians to be the best in what they do.
The coach does not tell the trainee what to do, but they just provide the knowledge needed so that the trainee can be able to improve their performance which will enable them achieve their goals.
