Studying at grad school abroad can be a memorable and life changing experience. But finding the right school takes some research. Your biggest concern may be affording it and looking into costs, financing and budgeting as early as possible can make a big difference. Also look at other practicalities such as the school’s reputation, approach to education and the number of students. And which country to study in is also a big part of attending grad school overseas. You may want to go somewhere that English is widely spoken; it’s also a good idea to look at the practicalities of life in another country. These include renting a place to live, opening a bank account, and public transportation. The Internet means that finding out all this information is easier than ever, but talking to someone with experience is a great way to see if it’s for you.
